Overview

This catalogue (catalogue.archivetrust.org) is run by the Archive Trust for Research in Mathematical Sciences & Philosophy, a UK registered charity (no. 1141862). This notice explains what information the catalogue collects. It sits alongside the privacy information on our main website, archivetrust.org.

Searching and browsing

You do not need an account to search or browse the catalogue, and we do not ask public visitors for any personal information. You can use the catalogue anonymously.

Cookies

The catalogue software (AtoM) sets a small number of functional cookies that are needed for the site to work — for example, to keep your session active and remember your language while you browse. They are not used for advertising and are not shared with third parties. You can block or clear cookies in your browser and the catalogue will still work.

Server logs

Like most websites, our web server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the service secure and reliable. These logs are retained only as long as needed for those purposes.

Names in the archive

Archival descriptions name speakers, authors and others connected with the recordings, as part of the historical and scholarly record. We treat this as archiving in the public interest under UK data protection law. If you are named in a record and have a concern, or you are a rights holder asking us to remove a recording, please contact us and we will respond.

Contact and requests

For privacy questions, data or access requests, corrections, or takedown requests, please contact the Archive Trust via archivetrust.org.
